Rude assessor
My cousin was assisted by Nosiphiwo she's very rude assessor even the owner of Cajes confirm she's was rude she looking for wrong where the are no wrong everything was submitted on time she refuse to call client back told us she won't do that this assessor need training you can't lyie and speak rudely

Unfortunately every claim is dealt with on it's own merits and undergo a validation process, where certain questions are posed and information requested.
Santam has now appointed a field assessor to take the claim over and attend.
He will make contact during the course of the day to set up an appointment with the policy holder herein.
