I was in a accident march 2016 when someone drove infront of me they gave me there insurance brokers contact details i contacted them to register the claim they req some documents which i send to them and was battling to get a panelbeater to give me a quote on how much it would cost to repair my car which was a porsche 924 turbo 1985 whrn i got the qoute they said it was uneconomical to repair first we had a bad exp with jacobdohn & mellet they never phoned me i always had to phone them to find out what was going on and they always said we will get back to you after a year+ has passed they gave ne santam's numbers and said the claim is with them so i phoned them and always got an answer they are still buzy we will get feedback shortly then we received a email saying 10 working days then we will have an outcome it took 13 days im not happy with the outcome at all i want my money i paid for my car or i want my car to be fixed we brought the car so my wife can get to work and back now it cost me double the money and time im one unhappy client with santam
