Ridiculously pathetic !

I have been trying for almost a year to get ahold of someone at Santam regarding a 3rd party insurance claim! Nobody ever answers the phone. Was lucky enough to get through once, and consultant sounded like i disturbed her nap time! Thank GOD you are not my insurer! Broker, integrisure, is well aware of the situation but unfortunately cannot offer assistance!
