Ridiculous service ever

I am not happy with how you guys are operating , i am being debited from the 25th of this month but my cover start from the 1st of April and for me to be covered from the 25 to the 31st i have to pay for an additional amount that is ridiculous , my insurance end date is the 24th and you guys are supposed to be taking over from there. i rather cancel and go back to my insurance as i never problems with them from the word go
