Revolting service

i booked a drive me home service for Saturday the 22nd of Feb as i know me and my friend will be drinking and need a designated driver. What a terrible experience. 1st of all the driver Santam sent told me he is parked at Nanodos which is on the opposite side of where my car was parked! i had to drive to find the driver INTOXICATED!!!!!!!!! when i asked if we can quickly get food from Nandos he said no as his wife is in a rush to get home! he left and we ended up sleepong in my car to sober up!! what would have happened if i got into an accident to find the driver at the location that was conveniant for him???? i am so disgusted in this experience and still in schock!!!! honestly thought i could enjoy my birthday party as i have arranged for a 'reliable driver" (so i thought)! i honestly hope yo never use this driver and his wife as he was more concerned about his wifes priotities then me as the customer he had to provide a service for!
