REPUDIATE OF CLAIM

I have had two motorcycles insured for nearly four years. Every month my payments were taken. I had an accident on 17th of June. When I put in my claim they repudiate it on grounds that I have only an A1 license. When I have went over on the card system I never checked the codes because I knew I had the correct license. I went to the RTMS and they said it must have been wrongly captured at that point. I have supp**** SANTAM with my SANDF license that was converted to civilian license before but they still repudiate the claim. I am willing to go for a settlement but they not interested. At least they should pay back all my installments on both motorcycles or increase my excess. I have been a loyal client to Santam but think I should take my business somewhere else.
