Replacement of written off accident car.

<p>Was involved in accidents so my insurance paid off the amount to my bank and i am sitting with a short fall of 35000. So now i m dont have a car to go to work because i thought my insurance will pay the money direct to my account to buy another car. So they paid it directly to the bank now for a bank to buy me another car. They find out that i am in ITC reason that my company was involved in a strike for 6 months and the bank now about that. So i need a help fir the money paid by my insurance to buy me a car and continues with my current installment with westbank because i dont have a car to get to work how will i go to work. I did not damage the car i was involved in accident. I did not refuse to pay my other accounts my company was on strike and i did not have an income. My insurance is Santam Noko Seanego id ********** 662088 ...please help me to get another car.</p>
