Reliable Cover When I Needed It Most

I joined Santam shortly before experiencing my first motor vehicle accident, so naturally I was quite anxious about the claims process and whether my claim would be approved.

I was very pleased with how the claim was handled. The process was straightforward, and I was kept informed about what documentation and information was required at each stage. I never felt completely in the dark about what was happening with my claim.

My claim was approved, my vehicle repairs were authorised, and I was able to make use of the courtesy-car benefit included in my cover while my vehicle was being repaired. This made a stressful situation significantly easier to manage.

There were some initial communication delays with the broker, but these were eventually resolved and the claim proceeded accordingly.
