Regretting our move to Santam, no different from every other shark insurer out there

We recently moved over to Santam and are founding out they are just as poor as every other insurer out there. We had a faulty thermostat on our geyser that has caused multiple leaks in our pipes but oh my word this claim has already been a complete nightmare
