Refusing to Settle Valid Claim

I have a R150,000.00 cover with Santam, a few weeks ago i had a problem in the house and some of my appliances were damaged and the damage was around R19,000.00, I logged a claim with Santam and they refused to settle the claim, and it took them a good 3 weeks for them to repudiate my claim with no valid reason, I even tried contacting thier complaints department with success and positive feedback, They do not answer thier phones, they not honest with thier clients and they are very very unprofessional and playful, at one stage i was told that the person handling my claim was on leave which delayed the claim with another week.<br> <br> I am very very disappointed with Santam and the way they treat thier clients, how could you have a R150,000.00 cover and when you have a R20,000.00 claim it is repudiated ?, <br>
