Refuse to Refund Premium
After a whole year of trying to get Santam insurance to refund premium they ********ly subtracted from my account they have refused to do so. I will never ever insure with Santam again, they DO NOT treat customers fairly. Even after the Short-term ombudsman instructed santam to do so they still refuse. Deeply disappointed.
