Refusal to "entertain a 3rd party claim" ***

<p>A wheel came off a moving Santam insured trailer and and hit my car. I was requested to submit quite a number of documents.After a weeks of following up and being told that we will call you back,which of course never happened,i eventually got a response saying"we cannot entertain your claim,as from the information receiceved,was this accident due to unforseen mechanical failure,which could not be prevented"</p> <p>It further says'the wheel broke off and was there no prior warning".Hiding behind "sudden emergency doctrine? Anton Theart concludes his response by saying "all actions will be vehemently defended".I regard this as a threat. </p>
