Refusal to cancel a policy

A company refusing to cancel a policy of a deceased person deducting the money from an account that doesn’t belong to the deceased. Then requesting that a new bank account must be opened. Yes my dad is going to get up from his grave to go and open a bank account for insurance he doesn’t need. Shame on you!!!
