refund not paid as promised

I cancelled my policy with you guys on the 27th of September and you debited my account which I did not have a problem with waiting for your period until the money is reflected on yourside but having to be taken from pillar to post get my refund is unacceptable you advised xinix brokers that I will get my money either on the 5th or 6th I dont get it now you give me other stories PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS I AM NO LONGER INSURED WITH YOU !!!!!!
