Recovering excess money

I wrote here last time showing my concern about SkipGo company in Polokwane which bumped my car and Santam which was my insurance at the time couldn't help me get the excess money that I paid the panel beaters to fix my car. I feel like it's unfair that SkiGo company doesn't want to pay me the excess money not all the money that I've lost during the time I didn't have a car. Santam said the 3rd party being SkipGo company indicates that they will pay a little money monthly which by the looks of things it will take forever for them to finish paying back what they are supposed to pay. I see their company cars on daily basis working making money but they claim that they won't be able to pay. I am now getting angry and thinking of the worst possible scenario that can make them loose what I've lost or even more. I was hoping you can intervene on this matter.
