Recommendation

In a fit of anger & frustration, I complained bitterly about Santam Insurance for taking their time in prosessing a claim I had submitted in November and up to a week ago, I had no response from them.

Well!! I was totally blown away by their immediate response to my complaint (7 minutes from posting it).

Stephan Olivier : Media & Customer Care Consultant contacted me straight away and from then on, between Stephan and Elizma Kotze of BWise Financial Solutions , they sorted out my claim within a wee****

I cannot express enough my gratitude, thanks and gratefulness to Stephan and Elizma. They really went out of their way to assist me in finalising my claim. They are both AWESOME people and I recommend them highly to anyone has a problem.
