As an existing customer I completed their online request for quote to add vehicles to my insurance policy, About a week later they responded via email and asked how they can help me. I listed the items I wanted to add and they responded that I needed to obtain some codes for the vehicles before they can continue. In the meantime I have received quotes from other insurers within minutes after them calling me back. So Santam, I will be moving my insurance elsewhere....
