Quote debited without my approval!! *****.

Called in for a car insurance quote in mid April 2026 - I advised the agent that this is only a quote and not confirmation of cover or approval of the policy provided I receive the documentation of my contract. Never received my contract even after calling two days later to request for documentation (I was told there was a system error, she will resend). Two months down the line, I'm debited the amount. No approval, no documentation - nothing. This is ***** Santam!!!!!!
