Quotation ****

A Santam "representative" called my husband, they had all his information and offered to give him a quote to see if they can decrease his monthly installment. This month santam took R1000 ± extra off on our policy because we changed brokers !!! We never gave consent for this person to become our broker as we have a personal broker that handles our insurance. This is a **** that representatives can phone customers and tell them they are trying to give them a better installment, then it is a broker that takes over the policy profiles without any consent of the customer and then the next installment increased !!Very uphappy about this service and the extra money it cost us this month
