Quotation for claim not accepted!

<p>An client of Santam drove into my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent my quotation to them for my mechanical damages, as the driver drove into my wheel, damaging the body work and the wheel. In my initial sketches to them, I indicated the direction of impact.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the assessor from Santam came back, he said that my quote for the damaged area to the wheel is NOT ACCIDENT RELATED!!!!! He correctly identified the damaged area - but totally altered the direction of impact, which canceled out the damaged area. How is that for competence!!!???</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. Neil Bonhomme was the assessor responsible. </p> <p> </p> <p>He then sent me his assessors report, only to alter the direction of impact on his version of the events.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is upsetting and tampering of evidence to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this sorted out, and my vehicle restored ASAP!!</p>
