Just got off the phone with Gladys Ntini to activate a car insurance quote with Santam. Have nothing but good things to say about Gladys, who not only was quick and efficient in activating my car insurance, but was friendly and jovial throughout the process - making what is normally a tedious process very much enjoyable!
