Questions of colluding and prejudice

Wehmeyers Attorneys professes to maintain integrity & accountability, yet they seem to lack both, in failing to grant justice to me. Their mantra is to "act properly in everything they do" yet they fail to honor basic codes of decency and ethics if they cause me to suffer a grave injustice. The vehicle belonging to Johan Wehmeyer of Wehmeyers Attorneys rear ended my vehicle in August 2024 and thus far, I've been blatantly denied the right to justice & to the compensation that is due to me. Besides my daughter suffering whip lash due to Johan Wehmeyer's vehicle slamming into my vehicle from behind, while it was stationary at the robot, there have been costs incurred on me. The irony is that this law firm seems to focus largely on RAF claims. Johan Wehmeyer's vehicle was driven by someone named Amos, who, despite being at fault, was extremely aggressive towards us and proceeded to manhandle me, in front of witnesses, who offered to provide statements to that effect. Women in our country often suffer abuse at the hand of men, regardless of their wrongs. Those sort of bullies use their physical superiority in strength, to control and hurt woman. I have opened a ******** case against Amos, but Wehmeyers Attorneys, Johan Wehmeyer, the insured owner of the vehicle, who has a daughter himself (and would never wish these circumstances upon her, let alone condone her being bul****, or victimized) has been accused of allegedly dodging Santam Insurance attempts to reach him. Since the accident in August 2024, we have suffered great inconveniences, together with escalated costs incurred on me. People like this forget about Karma. They also fail to note that when we die, we have nothing in our hands, to take with us, yet we do answer for the injustices done to others. It's sad that some peoples greed for financial comfort, is often at someone else's expense and/or demise. Wehmeyer Attorneys Johan, is not above the law, They are certainly not above God (MY advocate & restorer), nor can they dodge Him. Since my vehicle was rear ended by Johan Wehmeyer's vehicle, while it was stationary, awaiting a red robot, I would assume that as an attorney who professes (via adverti*****ts) to seek justice on behalf of people, he would grant me the same rights without prejudice, but such has not been the case. There has been a failure to display human decency, respect, humility, compassion, basic consideration, and the willingness to act justly! Instead of doing the honorable, ethical thing, by ensuring that I receive the "justice" that I deserve, which they profess to offer clients, they have dismally failed to come to the party, leaving me feeling slighted, I am so angry about the audacity. Integrity clearly lacks! Do not be beguiled by the accolades that people/companies profess to have, albeit proving otherwise, by failing to "Act Justly, Love Mercy & Walk Humbly"... Micah 6:8. Since August, it's been rather tough on us, initially struggling without a vehicle & then suffering subsequent issues with said vehicle, and now, Santam Insurance company, alleges that Wehmeyers Attorneys fail to take their calls, or to provide them with the necessary information, so as to allow them to successfully recover the costs on my behalf. I wish that they would take accountability, so that I may retrieve the excess fees that I've paid due to the third party claim. I would like to take them to court. People like this need to be taught a lesson. It's no wonder that many often don't meet a good end! Santam now advises me that they could close the claim as unsuccessful, and advise me to approach small claims court to assist me with recovering the costs, albeit having been assured that my policy provides legal cover in such circumstances. Instead, Santam now states, "The fact that Mr Wehmeyer is an attorney further complicates the situation as he is perfectly positioned to litigate this claim if he chooses to do so" as if Mr Wehmeyer is above the law, or as if he can't be held liable,. or responsible (regardless of whether his vehicle was used for personal use or business) in his capacity as THE INSURED. Mr Wehmeyer happens to be insured with Santam too, so either way, Santam would have paid the costs for repairs to my vehicle without retrievimg any of those costs, other than my excess fees, so there is obviously no incentive for Santam to push, or to fight on my behalf. Instead, my rights are prejudiced, despite having paid premiums for years, which entitle me to legal cover. The fact that Mr Wehmeyer is an attorney, also covered by Santam has clearly prejudiced me, and I am extremely disgruntled! I was not advised that Santam terms and conditions were bendable, yet despite the insured being the one responsible for the costs incurred, Santam tries to convince me that they may need to recover the costs from the driver of the vehicle, who they can't trace yet. Pathetic excuse! Clearly Santam has not even tried hard enough to make contact with the insured, via any of the other (several different) means and/or platforms publicly available to all. Something is critically wrong here and it seems that Santam and I will eventually end up in a legal tassle if legal assistance is not provided to me. I will fight this as a matter of principle and because I hate an injustice!
