Query regarding discount
Good day
Is there any criteria for qualifying for the 20% discount on your premiums during the COVID-19 time? My parents got discount as well as some of my colleagues, but I haven't. I only got a 5% escalation on my premium at the beginning of the year. I'm quite disappointed that I have to raise this question regarding the discount. If you guys offer it, it should be across board.
