****py Investigation

I am highly disapointed on the outcome of validation conducted by Thabiso Seleke .. On the 27th of August 2022 I was involved in a accident whereby a Santam client failed to stop at the stop sign completely he even failed to observe a bright lights warning not continue what he attempted. I am now being told that I could have made means to avoid the collision ? How pulling a dead brake maybe ? The car behind me was going to drive into me .. If I pressed on I was going to collide straight into the Santam client or if I swirved into the on coming traffic I was going to crash into the very same car that was able to pull a dead brake to allow me to exit to the grovel .. so now I need Thabiso to prove since my trip log log from Tracker would be able to prove my travelling speed at the time and what time did I leave the accident scene and where to did my car drive to after that before proceeding to my home . I want him to go physically and properly investigate before telling me I could have prevented the collision as I was also negligent.. negligent how by focusing on the road? Or slowing down so immediately braking since Santam client did not follow rules of the road . He is not reapinding to my mails and I have however qouted to him that if he fails to properly investigate I will escalate my query to the Ombudsman.
