Putting Santam to the test

Have been looking around for a more competitive rate for my assets and decided to call Santam. Such great sales service from Lynton - but does their policy and after sales service match up ?? Got a really competitive rate and lets see if their actions peak louder than their words and writing I'll revisit this again perhaps when I have a claim....
