Proto and Santam lousy services

My sons car was bumped by one off proto trucks company based in Main Reef road Roodepoort which his driver admitted being at fault<br> <br> the manager Tinus Ferreira refuses to speak to us or reply to emails or return calls.<br> <br> we were just said they send the claim to Santam.<br> <br> and nothing done after that. we had to run around contact his insurance Santam which is just as useless as them with helping and services.<br> <br> it took them almost two months getting back requesting stuff which we got even the cheapest quote of R6000,00 they don't reply to mails or return calls just like the owner of Pronto.<br> <br> and after almost two month letting us know they wont fix my sons car.<br> <br> Santam is the worste insurance you can have as my neighbour even cancelled hers for them taking so long to fix her car.<br> <br> Pronto is not worried as to what happened now my son has a vechile damaged and his a student Thinus is never availbale or never calls back Santam is just as hopeless and just a week ago pronto drive almost bumped another lady on main reef road with her son in the car and had no regard to this that is PRONTO<br> <br> And santam I will not advice anyone to take out and insurance with them worste insurance.
