Prorate Payment Query
I added new items to an existing policy and were quire socked at the installment after the items were added and even called in again after that to make sure i have heard correctly my question is , why Must they Calculate the new installment, plus the Pro Rate together and Debit Together, I get that you need to Pay a Pro Rata, but why must you pay the new installment month end and not the existing installment + the prorate charges for new items example Jan Installment R1000.00 Added items New Install Ment R500.00 New Install Ment R1500.00
But for Feb you will Pay R3000.00 And March you will Pay R1500.00
Why????? , Why not pay R1500.00 Going Forward once end of Fed as the items prorata Money will be debited with Feb Installment.
Can someone from Santam Please explain this to me.

Now people can really see that the insurance companies are just there to take your money and no customer service at all, i would really like to know , what is taking so long to investigate a Pro Rata Payment.
Till date no follow up phone call or email , your communication to your clients sucks big time.
