Good day. I am an insurance broker and would like to thank Almine Bowers Non Motor Claim Service Consultant, for handling me clients Accidental Damage claim, under the House Contents section, with such speed and precision. Claim reported on the 9th Jan and settled on the 11th Jan. This is quite phenomenal as we have found that many claims are taking a week or more to be resolved. Thank you Almine.
