Processing claims that don't exist
I would love to know how Santam processes a claim in May 2015, on a our policy for a vehicle we have never claimed for except for a windscreen repair (2 years before it was sold), and the car was sold and removed off the policy in January 2014??? How do you do this? Can anyone explain???
