This company is the owner of Prime meridian insure, they established Prime meridian in order to be able to decline claims whiles protecting the reputation of Santam.

I am a policy holder with Prime SA, who have refused to houner three of my claims. disputes are directed to Santam who is the actual underwriter.

Santam seems to have an immaculate image whiles Prime serves its purpose as the slum it is.

Santam should be ashamed for having ties with Prime and Prime shouldn't be allowed to operate in South Africa, Its schemes like these that has erroded public trust in insurance as a whole and is Sad that people suffer material loss as a result of such collusion.
