Premiums taken for car that was written off never received it back.

<p>I was in a accident on 19th September 2016 where as my car was written off. Santam debitted my account for my car for October and prorata november when I cancelled my Insurance due to them raising my premium to much due to accident. I have done numerous requests and follow ups with the insurer to request my refund back for premiums but till today no response. Accounts said that the refund was done on the 2nd of December 2016 which I send through my bank statement to show them refund was never received. I am no over the point of begging for my money back. Please give me back my premiums this is going on for too long now really and no one takes action or does anything.</p>
