Premium payments BS calculation
Santam takes money from my account EVERY month for over 30 months AND i made an additional payment on my policy and STILL, according to them, I am behind.<br> Have you ever heard of paying an insurance policy 2 months in arrears??? well thats the BS they are telling me.<br> After all my correspondence with them over the years, not once did they advise of this issue. now that they take my money and I query it, they come up with this BS. <br> After asking for the CEO's email address, they fail to do so as well.<br> <br> All I want is my money back. <br> <br> In December of 2014, i requested a refund and a \senior"manager approved it.
