PREMIUM INCREASE QUESTIONABLE??
My premiums for car insurance has increased by over R300 in the last 2 years (with NO CLAIMS against my policy). I have contacted your call centre twice - no one gets back to me. Herewith my references: *** and ***. Car hire cover should reduce due to depreciation and NOT increase! Kindly advise?
