PREJUDICED BY SANTAM

I am disgusted by the service received from Santam. I have been put on credit bureau for something I do not know,I queried this with them last week and still have revived no response after following up numerous times, they tell me they are still investigating the matter. I don’t miss any payment obligation I commit to but Santam has went and ruined a credit record I try my best to keep clean. 7days later they are still investigating, I am about to make a financial transaction for myself and my family but Santam has ruined it!!!

I am instead given promises to be called back, if you have put me in the credit bureau you should have solid proof why you have put a person there and it should not take you 7days to investigate why.
