Poor Vendor Management - Nu Wagon Auto
My vehicle was sent to Nu Wagon Auto who is a vendor of Santam and to date I don't get proper or transparent updates and still without my vehicle. Everytime I called Nu Wagon Auto, I am told to hold and then call is dropped. My vehicle is has been in assembly bay for a week now.
