Poor turn around time on claim payouts

I have been waiting on Zamani Dlamini from the Santam Insurance Liability department to settle a claim and return my excess amount to me since September 5th. They are giving us the run around and it's not a small amount of money. We have a baby on the way and they can't pay out an obvious, clear as day claim with uncontested liability. We really wanted this resolved before the baby gets here but it doesn't look like thats going to happen. We will probably need to resort to litigation now.
