Poor subcontractor

My geyser burst and I had rain damaged. Santam finally set a date for the subcontractors to fix my ceilings, put in a new geyser, paint the ceilings and the walls. All is possible to do in one day, but all of a suddend had now to be over 2 days. I had to phone Charmaine 3 times to firstly understand when will the supplier be here as the arranged time was 08h30 and they only decided to arrive at 14h00 (what a waste of a full days leave)! On arrival the supplier asked me what has to be done, he wasn't briefed at all,didn't receive a jobcard & left again at 14h30 to buy ceilings. My roof is open and supplier dare to aked what is the problem with that. Apparently I just have to wait untill tomorrow morning - which is offcaurse dabateable as they only arrive at 2 today. The floors are so dirty and full of dust due to bits of ceiling, isolation and open roof and my paving will have to be scrub to get rid of all the marks, ceiling and isolation.
