poor services

Hi<br> Everyone that reads this: regarding Santam insurances the poor services from the Asser and Santam. 27 January 2015 my car was broken into. Ever since from the 27 January 2015 to currently I have no joy in getting my car fixed. My car was broken into things that was ****** car Mp3 1/4 glass broken ignition was taped with also the wiring where cut. Mr Dave Perry the Asser has been taking my car to Tom **** and Harry people to have it fixed and still no joy Dave Perry has never contacted me in regards to my car. A few days later I get a phone call from Mervin Govender from Santam he was more talk than to help a customer like myself. He point that my car is 2000 model and that is and old car I don't expect to get it back in a show room car he fails to understand that the car is kept in a show room condition. I have been paying the premium for the past 8 years with only two clams and this the poor services I get. <br> My car has been to Uncle Charles for almost a week now. when I pick the car up I find out there been more problems itself than getting fixed. After the lock smith fixed the ignition and taken the computer box out the car the to reprogram the car never was right.<br> <br> P
