Poor services

<p>On Tuesday 4th October i was involved in a 4 car pile up while standing stationery at traffic lights. Fortunately i was in front and only sustained rear damage. Having provided all relevant info to both the negligent party's broker and insurerer , in have to date had no progress in getting my vehicle repaired. The broker took his time and then eventually advised that i speak to Santam directly who have also not shown any urgency in getting this matter resolved. Several sources informed me that 3rd party claims are not well attended to as insurerers are reluctant to assist. I will not claim from my insurer as i will lose my "no claim" bonus. The year is basically over asnd i will not see my vehicle being repaired until 2017.....tardy to say the least SANTAM !!!!</p>
