poor services

Hi<br> <br> This is my complain about the poor services from Santam insurance. My car was broken into on the 27/01/2015. I had my car towed to the panel beater panel and paint shop where it was towed to car sound a concepts in gale street. Ever since the car been to car sound and concepts from the 29/02/2015 I been having the run about and still up to now. no person from Santam does care about the client or this car. Today 17/02/2015 it's been 15 days that I have not got my car back. In regard to my car being driven around to have the car fixed at lock smith and reprograming of the key that extra cost to the client. Also knowing Santam will look at the easy way or cheapest way to have your fixed. Even thou if its and old car or we have the agents around to repair. Santam will never go and extra mile to help. Me as being the customer feels without a car for 15 days wow why would I even want to dealer with Santam again or even anyone of you. <br>
