**** poor service, minus the service

Tried to cancel 3rd party insurance after I'd forgotten I'd still been paying it while my car had been K.O. for one year. First of all these pathetic people could not even spell my name correctly. The very first letter of my surname was addressed W instead of V. I've been with them for over 2 years... so WOW. I ask for them to cancel over email and I get automatically generated emails. Literally the only thing that's automated. My plea remains ignored for around a month now and I cancled the debit order through my bank BECAUSE BELIEVE IT OR NOT their number for personal insurance clients ***doesn't actually exist. There's an option to 'communicate' with them via WhatsApp but it just generates more automated responses and the prompts are completely nonsensical or just irrelevant for me. PATHETIC. I better not see another transaction from these putrid ****s in my bank account from here on out otherwise there will be hell to pay and will reign down holy hellfire upon them.
