Poor service in history

I don't understand how your client bumps me, gets his car fixed in 3weeks, but i have to wait 4months for you to do investigations. This pathetic. First of all, i had to move from one advisor to the other cause you guys are always on sick leaf or out of the office. Second of all, what exactly are you investigating that you didn't get before you fixed your clients car?????? He was at fault but i'm the one whos suppose to wait 4months?????????????? You guys got to do something with your company! Even if you were my last resort, i wouldnt choose you as my cars insurance cover. Your service is pathetic
