Poor service from Satam call centre

I have been trying to get hold of someone to talk to at the Santam call centre for 3 days. I am moving and need to change my address. I am each time put on hold and after 5 minutes I am still waiting. I am a pensioner and have a small cellphone contract. I am now considering to change to another insurer.
