Poor service from Santam

I logged a complaint on the 28/05/2026 regarding a towing company that I used in February which the insurance had authorized to tow me.The owner was harassing me calling me non stop advising that Santam hasn’t paid him his money and they are now taking him from pillar to post, since he was helping me with the towing of my vehicle and Santam is my insurance provider he was now demanding the money from me. I called Santam a complaint was lodged and I was advised of a sla of three working days. When I called Lynnette to follow up on Tuesday 02/06 she assured me that I would get feedback by cob I still haven’t received any feedback I feel that Santam doesn’t take me seriously I’m just good enough for paying my monthly premiums.
