Poor Service from Santam

<p>I am so unhappy with Santam Insurance. We have been loyal clients of Santams for 5 years and never once submitted a claim for anything. Our house, household items and 2 cars are all insured through them. This is the first claim we have ever subbmitted for storm damage and rain damage to our roof. This claim was lodged in early April 2016 more than a month later we are still waiting for feedback. I have had to call after them on a number of occasions and waited for more than 2 weeks for an assasor to come out. They now after all this time want to try and decline the one and only claim we have lodge which is clearly not wear and tear damage but water and rain damage after recieving nothing in writing and recieving no phone calls we have had to call after them, leave messages and get empty promises. Still to this day I am awaiting a phone and paper work to inform me if and why my claim has been declined. Roslin Happie who is sapoused to be dealing with our claim has made promises to get back to us with feedback and still nothing. Never ever in my life have I had such poor service from an insurance company after been loyal good paying clients for years. I think it's time to start looking for better options. </p>
