poor service from an arrogant consultants !!!!!

I spoke to 2 consultants and to be honest i regret signing up with santam!

The 1st consultant i spoke to i asked her nicely to call.me back and she told it won't be possible which i did let go but what suprised is she sent me a policy schedule without amending some of the changes that impacted my premium i did not give consent for to change the of the pemium. Then i icalled spoke to one of the most arrogant consultant i don't even remember his name i would like someone to listen to that call and please tell m e if that man was not insulting my intellectual. He gave premium of R4000 from 2000 and she i asked him how possible is that he said he needs to find from the technical team !!!! Until today i am still waiting am not surprised he didnt get back to me Like i said he is so arrogant !!!!!!!!!!
