Poor service

I am very furious with the service i received from your department. after 2 years paying insurance for car and house contents which i never claimed during these period, when i was in need and desperate they turned down my claim for the stove which suddenly not working optimally. the report that was issued from the technician differs from what i got as an outcome from the insurance. santam is taking me for granted and i feel ****** as when i was taking these insurance i was promised heaven and earth, i have given santam a chance to redeem themselves but they failed dismally. to everyone who needs insuarance stay far away from santam as they ***** from the poor of the poorest now my family suffers as we don't have plan B because of what they did to us.
