Poor Service!!

Santam Switch was top service!! Santam Discovery is the worst. Poor service, and the consultants are always clueless, giving different information. They don't know what they are doing. I covered my iPhone 13 for R11,000 but when I check now it says I'm insured for R5000 yet I'm paying R200!! What madness is this? Can we just go back to Santam Switch?
