POOR SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER RELATION

I’m very disappointed and disgusted by the service I received from my car insurance SANTAM and their recommended vehicle panel beaters FLEET VIP SOLUTION at 1187 anvil road Robertsville Roodepoort.

On 11/ 05/2022 I took my vehicle for damage repairs on the bumper and for wheel alignment at FLEET VIP SOLUTION panel beaters after they were recommended by SANTAM insurance, I since took the car and I haven’t received my car back since, it has been three months now.

The worst thing that the panel beater do is to call me and tell me that my car is 90% done and when I go to the workshop to verify their claim ill find my car being parked outside without a bumper and I can even tell nothing was done to my car since I brought it to them.

I have called my insurance (SANTAM) several times to complain but I haven’t received any help from them till today, the information I got from them is that they were told by the panel beaters that they are waiting for the parts, I requested to talk with their manager but couldn’t get hold of him.

I am really disappointed with the service I’m paying for every month from SANTAM, not insuring client satisfaction and not making flow -ups to their service providers that they give their clients best service they deserve.
