Poor Service and Lack of Client Service

<p>I was unfortunately in an accident in April. Someone took the front of my vehicle out from the side, causing damage to the right haeadlamp, right front panel, bumper and the bonnet. The accessor, who is simply rude and arrogrant, advised that they will not be fixing the bumper due to some small rust in the middle, at the bottom of the bonnet. I do acknowledge the rust, however there was a hole put in the bonnet caused purely by the accident. Therefore they rejected fixing the bonnet due to the small rust area not related to the accident. The funny thing is you can see the difference in the colour in the metal. The hole caused by the accident reflects clean metal while the rust reflects the brown rust colour. Oh well, will be submitting the information to the ombudsman for a recommendation. Will let them fix what they want to fix and then move on from them. Hopefully can receive better service else where. My advise, never insure with them</p>
